We got this beauty, a collaboration with Northpoint Ohio Architecture, framed-in a couple of weeks ago during all that amazing snow. It is 28’ wide by 36’ deep. 

It is set to be a workshop in the lower level and then a super cool Granny flat/home office on the top level
